Cancellations received in writing 60 days prior to the event, will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the event, will be refunded, less a 50% administrative fee.
Cancellations received in writing within 30 days of the event will not be refunded, other than exceptional circumstances to be reviewed and agreed by the organizing committee.
