The registration fee includes attendance with up to 2 presentations, a book of abstracts in online format, the conference program in online format, and the opportunity to publish up to two papers in the conference proceedings.
The registration fee for live participants also includes coffee, tea and snacks during breaks, lunch on the second day and promotional material.
Until April 1st, 2023 it is possible to apply for a refund of 50% of the paid registration fee.
From April 2, 2023 a refund of the paid amount is no longer possible.
Inclusion of papers in the conference programme is possible only after the payment of the registration fee, which will be made immediately after receiving the notification of acceptance of the abstract.
At least one author for every presentation must attend as a paid registrant as well as all workshop / roundtable / symposium presenter.
